|Subsequent Events||Subsequent EventsThe Company has evaluated subsequent events through the date on which the consolidated financial statements were available for issuance and noted that, other than the matters described below, the Company has not identified any significant events for which it needs to provide disclosure. On January 22, 2021, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved LUPKYNIS in combination with a background immunosuppressive therapy regimen to treat adult patients with active lupus nephritis (LN).|
The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
